REIKI

Reiki is a form of hands-on energy work that can be beneficial for emotional, spiritual, and physical healing. Reiki relaxes the body, clears the mind, and promotes an overall sense of balance and peace.

During your session, you will be reclined on a massage table with warm blankets and music. Wear comfortable clothes...being that this is not a massage, clothing does not need to be removed. The practitioner will place their hands in various positions slightly above your body, or lightly on your body. From there you can follow the lead of your practitioner and focus on breathing or fall into a daydream. There will be time allotted at the end of the session to discuss findings.  45 Minute Session - $75

60 Minute Reset Massage Combined with Reiki. This service will begin with a 60 Minute reset massage and follow with a Reiki energy session. 

This treatment will leave you relaxed, peaceful and centered.
